Our recruitment agency is a link between a potential employee who is still in Poland and with the client located in the Netherlands. This is how the procedure looks in practice:

Sign up in one of our offices in Poland and wait for the right offer for you. Specific job opportunities are provided through our EG Personeelsdiensten offices in the Netherlands where recruitment takes place. If you meet the expected requirements, a representative will call you and present a specific offer. Afterwards, you will be invited to sign a work contract with us. Travel to the Netherlands is organized by us through transport companies we have a working relationship with. You will be fully informed about the time and place of departure.

In the Netherlands our Polish-speaking staff will welcome you in our office and will help you in completing all the required documents and inform you about the rules within our company. After a informative meeting, you will be taken to your place of residence. If necessary you will be provided with a company car for commuting to work or you will be informed about where and with whom you will be commuting to work with.

During your stay in the Netherlands you will have access to and can contact our staff. Upon your arrival you will also receive a listing of useful telephone numbers and an informational booklet with practical information.
